Redefining. Selfish.
Life change is possible when you put YOU first.
No guilt. No regrets.
Life change that packs a punch
Sometimes, life throws blow after blow.
When you’re feeling floored, it’s easy to lose who ‘you’ are: your identity, your self-worth.
By Redefining Selfish and challenging what we mean by self-care, I can help you find the confidence and courage to prioritise your happiness and health. To get back up. To stand tall.
How do I do this? I’ve experienced it all: self-loathing, low self-esteem, feeling lost. Drawing from my own personal story and experiences, I use the tools and techniques I’ve learnt about how to cope with those feelings.
The turning point for me was learning that I mattered. I discovered it was okay to be ’selfish’.
I started to understand what that really meant. It meant that I prioritised myself.
Prioritising me, made me better. Better made me positive. That positivity became confidence. Confidence makes me happy.
I can show you how to do that too. Even if right now you think you can’t. You can. I can.
Because once I was just like you.

Carolyn's Appearances

About Carolyn
Carolyn’s successful career in the boardrooms of some of the World’s largest employers helped her hide a secret: she had zero self-worth.
And her personal life was a disaster.
Professionally, she was an expert in change management. Personally, she wasn’t managing to change.
When life decided it’d had enough of her ignoring the warning signs, it taught Carolyn a lesson she couldn’t ignore. After losing everything, she embarked on her greatest change project: herself.
Changing her mindset and body, Carolyn has gone from self-loathing to self-love.
Today she works sharing what she learnt during that incredible transformation.

All The Tw*ts I Met Along The Way is Carolyn Hobdey’s story that a million and one women are going to resonate with, laugh along with, sigh and cry with.
It’s a story of growing up, moving on, falling down and getting back up again. Transformation and acceptance, strength and resilience.
